The guys in the video were imitating the Mia Mi Lip Syncing dude. This video is actually much older and has been around for at least 1 year. The guys in it are awesome, very entertaining to watch.

I have seen this before, Hilarious!
I have seen many such videos that came out after the original video made by someone in an American University.
